Mrs L Nathan,  SENCo, Sinai Primary School

As the SENCo of a large primary school, I have had the pleasure of working closely with Muzzi and her team at Creative Therapy and I cannot speak highly enough of the service they provide. I collaborate with a wide range of external professionals, and Creative Therapy consistently stands out for their expertise and child-centred approach.

From the very first contact with Muzzi, families are supported with care. Muzzi maintains excellent communication with the school, offering guidance and ongoing support. The therapists, Zaza, Mel and Gila, are equally impressive, bringing warmth and a deep understanding of each child’s individual needs.

What sets Creative Therapy apart is their bespoke approach. Each assessment and therapy programme is carefully tailored, with sessions thoughtfully structured to build on prior learning and support meaningful progress. The therapists take the time to really get to know the children they work with, ensuring that activities are engaging, appropriate and purposeful.

The quality of feedback provided is exceptional. After each session, parents and school staff receive clear and practical guidance, enabling us to reinforce strategies throughout the week. This consistency between therapy, home and school makes a significant difference to outcomes for our children.

Creative Therapy are also incredibly responsive, working collaboratively with school staff to adapt provision as needs evolve. Their professionalism and commitment to achieving the very best for each child is evident in everything they do.

I confidently and regularly recommend Creative Therapy to families within our school community. Any parent considering their service can be assured that their child will be supported by a highly skilled and dedicated team.
