We were connected with Muzzi by our daughter’s school, and we have been so grateful for her support. Her warmth, compassion, and insight helped us figure out what our daughter needed, and her skills and confidence have blossomed. Even when she was going through a period of particular difficulty and even school refusal, she was still keen to attend her OT sessions each week. Both therapists she has seen have been wonderful. (When our child switched schools, Muzzi still found a way to accommodate us.) We’ve seen a number of child development professionals over the years, but Muzzi and her team stand out for their responsiveness, effectiveness, and kindness. (Muzzi’s PA Yvette is also wonderfully organised and patient, which has made all the logistics run really smoothly in a way we haven’t always experienced previously – it makes such a difference.) You can tell that Muzzi and the people she works with care about and genuinely like the children, always seeing potential even when there are challenges. Our child always looks forward to her sessions, and I can think of no better recommendation than that!

I’m really lucky because they’re very patient and nice.
Mrs L Nathan, SENCo, Sinai Primary School
As the SENCo of a large primary school, I have had the pleasure of working closely with Muzzi and her team at Creative Therapy and I cannot speak highly enough of the service they provide. I collaborate with a wide range of external professionals, and Creative Therapy consistently stands out for their expertise and child-centred approach. From the very first contact with Muzzi, families are supported with care. Muzzi maintains excellent communication with the school, offering guidance and ongoing support. The therapists, Zaza, Mel and Gila, are equally impressive, bringing warmth and a deep understanding of each child’s individual needs. What sets Creative Therapy apart is their bespoke approach. Each assessment and therapy programme is carefully tailored, with sessions thoughtfully structured to build on prior learning and support meaningful progress. The therapists take the time to really get to know the children they work with, ensuring that activities are engaging, appropriate and purposeful. The quality of feedback provided is exceptional. After each session, parents and school staff receive clear and practical guidance, enabling us to reinforce strategies throughout the week. This consistency between therapy, home and school makes a significant difference to outcomes for our children. Creative Therapy are also incredibly responsive, working collaboratively with school staff to adapt provision as needs evolve. Their professionalism and commitment to achieving the very best for each child is evident in everything they do. I confidently and regularly recommend Creative Therapy to families within our school community. Any parent considering their service can be assured that their child will be supported by a highly skilled and dedicated team.
Julie Gilmore, Highgate Learning Support Teacher
Working with Muzzi and her team at Creative Therapy UK has been an absolute privilege. The training Muzzi delivered to our staff was exceptional; clear, engaging, and grounded in a depth of developmental knowledge. Muzzi has a remarkable ability to explain complex developmental theory in accessible, practical ways, helping our staff understand not just what they see in the classroom, but why they might be seeing it. Our team repeatedly commented on how valuable the session was and how immediately applicable her guidance felt. Muzzi’s warmth, clarity, and wealth of experience created an environment where colleagues felt confident to reflect, ask questions, and connect theory to practice. Beyond staff training, Muzzi and her team work closely with our children and families, offering thoughtful, compassionate, and highly skilled support. We are truly grateful for the expertise, professionalism, and genuine care that Muzzi brings to every interaction. Her partnership with our school continues to have a meaningful and lasting impact, and we feel very fortunate to be working with her and her team.

Our son Brody absolutely adores Zaza and has gained so much confidence since starting with her. Brody is able to concentrate so much more and is able to complete tasks successfully. We are so proud of how far Brody has come and we are grateful to Zaza for her passion and for working so hard with him. We as parents have also learnt so much and we look forward to every weeks feedback! Thank you Muzzi!

I heard Muzzi speak at a community event a while ago and, having not known anything about occupational therapy before that, knew that I needed her to work with my daughter. I wanted someone who could look at my child as a whole rather than looking at her individual diagnoses. Muzzi assessed her and could see immediately that OT could help her with improving her concentration, physical strength, gross and fine motor skills, visual perception skills and problem solving. The report that followed was detailed and informative, packed full of recommendations for school and home. My daughter loves her weekly sessions with Zaza and is making good progress. I have recommended Muzzi to other people and will continue to do so.
