We have been working with Muzzi and Creative Therapy for several years. Muzzi has always been a pleasure to deal with and communication is easy. The therapists come to school, they are extremely reliable and punctual. Detailed feedback is provided after each session outlining what they have been working on and how we can support the children in school. Due to the OTs working closely with the school and the parents the children make good progress across all areas. 

Muzzi has been brilliant for our son. He has made significant progress under her guidance and looks forward to their weekly sessions. Aside from her professionalism, Muzzi is proactive, detail orientated and a pleasure to work with.

Muzzi had a lovely ability to connect with my very shy daughter and make her feel safe. I really valued her calm, kind approach.

Natalie has been having occupational therapy with Zaza at school for a year. Muzzi and her team were recommended to us by another family and it was really good to have a personal recommendation. Natalie has a really good relationship with Zaza and has made so much progress since starting working with her. Muzzi and Zaza are very encouraging of Natalie and help us to advocate for her and make sure that her needs are met!

The Creative Therapy team has been highly efficient in carrying out client assessments. They have worked cooperatively with families and children to best serve their needs. What a pleasure Muzzi and her team are to work with. As a SENCo of a large school, I work with many professionals supporting children on a private basis. I know that families who work with Creative Therapy are in excellent hands from their very first contact with Muzzi, through the assessment process and during Occupational Therapy sessions. The team are meticulous in providing the very best care, really getting to know each client and tailoring their service to the children they work with. The activity sequences completed during each session are high quality and specifically arranged to take the child forward on their OT journey.
