Our son has been under Creative Therapy UK and working with Michelle for almost a year now. She has built a wonderful relationship with him and really understands his profile. He genuinely loves his sessions with her and is always excited to go — in fact, he’s genuinely disappointed when he has to miss one! Michelle creates a calm, structured space where he feels understood and supported. We are grateful for her care, professionalism and the consistency she brings.

As a parent of three very different boys, finding the right occupational therapist felt overwhelming — until we found this incredible team. From day one, they took the time to truly understand each of my sons’ individual needs; recognising their unique strengths, challenges and personalities. The progress we’ve seen has been nothing short of amazing and they genuinely look forward to their sessions. Therapy never feels clinical or intimidating — it feels supportive, engaging and even fun! What stands out most is the patience, creativity and genuine care shown at every visit. We’ve been given practical tools by Muzzi, Michelle and Esti to support our boys at home along with detailed weekly updates and we feel like partners in the process. My son was referred to Muzzi by his school in reception as he was struggling with gross and fine motor skills. Muzzi made him feel comfortable straight away and she undertook a thorough and comprehensive assessment which has helped us make sense of his situation and challenges. Zaza was assigned to my son who he built a bond and trust with immediately and he looks forward to his weekly sessions with her. He has already made so much progress in just a few weeks – an example of this is that when he was assessed he was not able to get himself dressed at all – six weeks later and he’s now getting his t-shirt and trousers on by himself! We have been so pleased with the results so far and would highly recommend Muzzi and her team. 

Thanks to Muzzi and Mel for their weekly OT sessions for my son. In the initial session with Muzzi, she was honest and insightful on her thoughts and recommendations for him. He now loves his OT sessions and can’t wait to attend them. I enjoy the detailed report that is sent out after the session. I can see what exercises are being done and can slowly watch his progress improve. Muzzi is also happy to listen to my feedback. She is always there for any questions or concerns I have. I am so glad that the school offers this wonderful service for my little one. 

Our son Geti, who attends Heathside School in Hampstead, has worked with your OT team and in particular with Esti over the past year or so.  We have seen clear progress in his handwriting, fine motor control, and confidence in class. His teachers now report better focus and more independence with written tasks. At home he uses the visual routines and Lego memory cues you introduced. They help him stay organised and calm. You treat Geti with patience and warmth. You set clear goals. You update us after sessions. Geti is very comfortable and happy with Esti. Your team makes the process clear and supportive. We are grateful for your care and for the real improvement we see in Geti.

Muzzi and her team have been a fantastic support for our 7-year-old daughter. We were referred to her for an initial assessment, which my daughter thoroughly enjoyed – this then led to a program of in-school activities with Gila, and home exercises to assist her in developing better coordination. The change has been noticeable, and encouragingly, my daughter looks forward to her weekly sessions. I’d strongly recommend Muzzi and her team for anyone needing OT support for their child.
