My daughter took OT with Muzzi and her team for a year. From the first assessment it was clear that Muzzi knew what she was doing. She told us that she wouldn’t always recommend OT to children. Nicole worked with her team for a year-and-a-half. We saw a big change in her handwriting and in her school reports. I highly recommend Muzzi and her team.  

Our daughter has been seeing Hannah at Creative Therapy for the last year and we are absolutely delighted to see how much she has progressed during this time. Hannah was always so lovely and warm, and the sessions were put together in a way to be enjoyable for her so she was always happy to run in. We first contacted Muzzi due to concerns around our daughter’s sensory seeking behaviours. Prior to this, we had spoken to various different professionals regarding her behaviours and overall development. No one seemed to join any dots and we felt like we were being passed from one professional to another, essentially going round in circles without any clear understanding of what was actually going on for our daughter. Our initial conversation with Muzzi was transformative. Whilst she could have just booked our daughter in for OT input straight away, instead Muzzi spent a considerable amount of time over the phone to trying to build up a full picture. This actually led to her suggesting other assessments as a first port of call and to her putting us on a clear pathway which no other professional had been able to advise us on. We had been seeking support and clarity around our daughter’s needs essentially since she was 12 months old – there is no doubt that Muzzi’s input put us on the right track to providing her with the support that she so desperately needed. Throughout the OT therapy that followed, Muzzi also identified that our daughter would benefit from an orthotics assessment as well as visual tracking assessment, both of which she was spot on with. Our daughter looked forward to the therapy every week and was disappointed when it came to an end. I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Muzzi and her team to other parents seeking similar therapeutic input for their child. 

I’d like to thank Creative Therapy for helping my son achieve his potential. He wasn’t performing his best at school, and I couldn’t figure out the reason, neither the school. After Muzzi assessed him and sent me the key findings it all made sense. It’s been 8 months now and I can see how much he has improved and is doing so much better at school!!!! So glad I decided to start him with OT.

Zac has been working with Muzzi and her amazing team for almost three years and in that time his gross and fine motor skills have developed so much. He can now keep up with his peers and this has been really positive for his self esteem. We have worked with a number of members of Muzzi’s team and I am always struck by their kindness, patience and ability to build a connection with Zac. He loves his OT sessions so much and is always bursting with pride at what’s he’s achieved at the end of each session.

My son has benefitted enormously from working with Hannah over the past year. She has helped him learn and strengthen important developmental skills that he previously struggled with, nurturing his potential with patience and kindness. Hannah’s highly experienced approach and sound understanding of my son’s specific difficulties has meant that she has been able to carefully tailor activities and exercises to meet his current needs, helping him build on his skills in a gradual manner which has encouraged independence and self-motivation, and significantly boosted his confidence overall. As a family, we are incredibly thankful to Hannah for the instrumental role she has had in the remarkable progress my son has made this year.
